Public voting is tied to a signed-in, email-verified account. Sign in on a phone or a laptop and you still have one vote in each category.
Only approved and shortlisted nominees appear on the Vote page. When the voting window ends, the system tallies the votes, ranks every nominee, and holds the result for the secretariat to publish.
Winners do not appear on the website until that approval happens.
